Our Weekend Adventure

Last week it felt like we needed some quality family time and a little adventure, so when Friday came along we packed our bags and headed to Chattanooga for a little mini family vacation. The weather was gorgeous and we had the best time exploring new places and hitting up some Chattanooga classics like Rock City and the aquarium. But for me, the weekend felt like it was most about simply enjoying each other; being removed from distraction and routine and taking time to fully delight in our precious kids together.IMG_1879

After a full day at the aquarium, the kids first-ever movie theater experience (in imax and 3D…it was intense!), and much needed afternoon naps, we enjoyed a yummy Italian dinner in the Bluff Art District.
